Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This includes order verification, packaging, and preparing for shipment.
Preorder Items:
Preorders can take anywhere from 14–21 business days to arrive to me before being shipped to you.
If your order includes both preorder and on-hand items, your full order will ship together once everything is ready.
Shipping Time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location and the carrier used.
Holiday & Sale Delays:
Please note that processing and shipping times may be delayed during holidays, major sales, or restocks due to high order volume. Your patience is appreciated during busy periods.
Order Updates & Tracking:
Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
Shipping Carriers:
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the weight, size, and destination.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Beauty Kreationz is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. I’ll assist where I can.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If it’s returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for reshipping fees.
Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
Refunds & Store Credit:
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, a refund will be issued once verified. You must contact me within 48 hours of delivery via @beautykreationz_ on Instagram with photos and order details.
For all other approved issues, store credit will be offered. Refunds are not available for buyer’s remorse or shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Chargebacks:
Filing a false chargeback after receiving your order is considered fraud and will result in a permanent ban from purchasing with Beauty Kreationz. Please reach out to resolve any order issues first.
