By purchasing from Beauty Kreationz, you agree to the following terms:
1. Preorders & Processing Times
Preorders take 14–21 business days to process.
Shipping times are in addition to processing times.
Beauty Kreationz is not responsible for carrier delays once your package is shipped.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or delays.
2. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
No refunds on regular orders. We offer exchanges or store credit only.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.
If an item is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, a reship fee is required before resending the package.
3. Order Issues & Claims
Any issues with an order (wrong item, defect, etc.) must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
We may ask for photos or videos to verify the issue before offering a resolution.
4. Digital Products
All digital products (e.g., vendor lists) are non-refundable and may not be shared, copied, or resold.
Violating this policy may result in loss of access to future content.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Refused Packages
Beauty Kreationz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
If your package is refused by customs and returned to us, you may receive a refund minus original shipping costs, as long as the item is returned in good condition.
If the item is not returned, unfortunately, no refund can be issued.
A reship fee is required if you prefer the item to be resent.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and order details at checkout.
Beauty Kreationz is not liable for incorrect or incomplete information submitted during checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. We do not respond on weekends.
